He has acted for many of the main shipping and offshore companies, terminal operators, producers and traders (both in the Gulf and outside of it) on mergers and acquisitions, financing and their respective projects.

He also advises on a wide range of maritime and offshore regulatory issues from competition issues, the impact of IMO2020, insolvency and trade compliance.
