Co-founder of the Seamen’s relief Fund in Ukraine. Close work with Mass Media and drawing attention of the authorities to the problem of the seafarers rights at the sea. The Fund was founded after the successful release of the Ukrainian seafarers from the piracy captivity on the vessel “Ariana”. The initiative was supported by the ex-Ukrainian prime-minister Sergei Tigipko.
